Synchrostar Energy & Food Systems Ltd ("Synchrostar", "we", "us") provides energy, food and environmental services in Ghana. For the purposes of data protection law, Synchrostar is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, contact details, location and details of your enquiry.
We may also receive limited technical information necessary to operate and secure this website, such as server logs.
03How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need and communicate with you about potential or ongoing work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
04Our legal basis
Where you contact us, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
Where an engagement is agreed, we process information as necessary to perform that agreement.
06How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
